This policy explains what personal data Villa Euphoria Resort collects through this website and when you contact us, why we use it, and how you can control it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are
Villa Euphoria Resort is run by Hotel Sai Inn Rooms and Guest House (GSTIN 24DWIPP4533A1ZS), Villa Euphoria – Statue of Unity, Kevadia, Koyari, Gujarat 393151. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the resort.
What we collect and why
Room enquiry form
When you send an enquiry from our booking page, we collect:
- your name and phone number
- check-in and check-out dates
- number of adults and children
- room preference and breakfast preference
- your message, if you write one
The form also records a few technical details: the Google click ID (gclid) if you came from a Google ad, the page address, and which version of the page you saw.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your stay. The enquiry is emailed to our reservations team and stored in the website’s form records.
Calls and WhatsApp
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us, and use it to answer you and arrange your stay. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to your chats.
Bookings and payment online
Online bookings are made on letsbook.me, a separate booking engine. The details and payment information you enter there go to them, not to this website, and their privacy policy applies.
ID at check-in
Indian law requires us to see and record a government-approved ID for every guest at check-in, or a passport for NRIs and international guests. This is collected at the resort, not on this website.
Google services and cookies
- Google Ads measurement. We use the Google Ads conversion tag (AW-18471179096), set up through Google Site Kit. It uses cookies to tell us when a visit from an ad leads to an enquiry: a WhatsApp click, a call click, a form submission or a Check availability click.
- Google Map. The map on our site is loaded from Google.
When these load, Google may receive details such as your IP address and browser type. Google’s privacy policy applies. You can manage ad personalisation in My Ad Center, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security and site speed
Our website uses a security plugin (Wordfence) that records technical details of visits, such as IP address, to block attacks. It also uses caching to load pages faster.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services named on this page, and where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or update it
- ask us to erase it
- withdraw your consent to us using it
